The Multiluminous Collection is printed on durable artist canvas.
The "Helix Nebula" print is available in large museum wrap or rolled up version which is shipped in a protective tube! You can easily apply them by yourself. It is up to you how you apply the prints, whether you stick, paste, fasten, glue, hang etc. them on any surface you can imagine..
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Multiluminism is an art technique based on a decade-long research and development of paints, colours, technique and philosophy that incorporates various glow-in-the-dark techniques such as photo-luminescent, fluorescence and phosphorescence - showing different colours in natural and ultraviolet light and emitting its own light in the dark. Daylight appearance can show up as any ‘traditional’ depiction or it can be completely transparent - concealing the underlying imagery under conventional light conditions -, while the fluorescence effects show up in the presence of ultraviolet light source and the phosphorescent ones appear in complete darkness most dominantly.
Night Glow effect:
Used materials do not immediately re-emit the radiation they absorb. After absorbing visible sun light and UV-A 365 nm light, they can glow for several hours in the dark. All prints are rechargeable with any light source. The only exception is LED due to the fact that it is not strong enough. These materials are completely safe and non-radioactive.
By using an UV light source you can enjoy the glowing version as long as you want.
Used materials can absorb non-visible Light at UV-A, UV- B or UV-C region and emit visible light in the whole range of the visible spectra. In normal daylight conditions, the fluorescent materials are virtually invisible. However, on exposure to UV-A (365nm, black light), UV-B (300 nm), or UV-C (254 nm) the unique fluorescence colour becomes visible. These materials are completely safe and non-radioactive.

This composite image is a view of the colorful Helix Nebula taken with the Advanced Camera for Surveys aboard NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope and the Mosaic II Camera on the 4-meter telescope at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory in Chile. The object is so large that both telescopes were needed to capture a complete view. The Helix is a planetary nebula, the glowing gaseous envelope expelled by a dying, sun-like star. The Helix resembles a simple doughnut as seen from Earth. But looks can be deceiving. New evidence suggests that the Helix consists of two gaseous disks nearly perpendicular to each other.
